Welcome to www.turlockjiujitsu.com (the “Site”). This Site is operated by Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock LLC (“Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock LLC is an authorized licensee of Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC, which owns the Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® brand, trademarks, curriculum, systems, and intellectual property (collectively, the “Licensed IP”). Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock uses this Licensed IP pursuant to a valid licensing agreement in connection with the programs, services, and offerings it delivers.

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

 

Important: These Terms apply only to use of the website.
Enrollment in classes, memberships, training programs, or events offered by Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock using Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® Licensed IP is governed by separate written agreements, which may include:

  • Membership Agreement

  • Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

  • Billing & Payment Policies

  • Youth Program Policies

  • Media Release (if applicable)

 

1. Use of the Site

You may use the content on this Site (“Content”) for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless expressly authorized in writing.

Permitted uses include:

  • Browsing program descriptions, schedules, and general information

  • Learning about Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® curriculum as delivered by Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock

  • Sharing links to this Site

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content for commercial purposes

  • Use the Site to promote competing martial arts or fitness services

  • Attempt unauthorized access to secure systems or data

  • Upload malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with Site functionality

 

2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Parents or legal guardians may use the Site on behalf of their minor children.

 

3. Intellectual Property Ownership & Licensing

All content on this Site—including but not limited to:

  • Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® curriculum descriptions

  • Program names, class structures, and training systems

  • Logos, trademarks, branding, artwork, and designs

  • Photographs and videos

  • Written educational materials, articles, and blog content

is the exclusive property of Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC, the owner of the Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® brand and all associated intellectual property.

 

Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock LLC operates solely as a licensed user of the Licensed IP.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license to use the Licensed IP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep information current, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of:

  • Class schedules

  • Pricing or promotions

  • Curriculum descriptions

  • Event listings

  • General informational content

Content may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

 

5. User Submissions & Communications

If you submit inquiries, feedback, testimonials, or other materials through the Site (“User Submissions”), you grant Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for business purposes.

Your protections:

  • We do not sell User Submissions

  • Photos or media of minors are not used without a signed parental media release

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You represent that you have the right to submit all materials provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, neither Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock LLC nor Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC shall be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or business interruption

  • Site errors or downtime

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Turlock LLC and Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable law

This indemnification does not apply to in-person training, which is governed by separate agreements.

 

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
